LONDON FASHION WEEK DEPOSIT - FEB '25

 SHOWCASE DEPOSIT (non-refundable)

The £100 deposit is non-refundable and further payments will become due as follows:

  • £100 non-refundable deposit by 12.00 pm (midday GMT) Monday 16th December
  • £650 by 27th December 2024
  • £750 by 27th January 2024

 

Your £1,500 participation package will include the following:

    • Presentation of your collection (up to 10 looks) in FEBRUARY 2025 during LONDON FASHION WEEK in central London.

    • PR Support:  Event specific PR to promote your participation.

    • Models with standard hair & make-up.

    • Dressers.
    • Cocktail Reception for guests.

    • Display table for accessory designers.

    • Two guest invites.

    • Digital Showroom:  6 months inclusion in JANE.Magazine digital showroom.

    • Monthly PR outreach:  6 months PR outreach to international buyers and press. 

    • Show specific LIVE GROUP COACHING call

The £100 deposit is non-refundable .  As soon your payment plan commences the cancellation period is 14 days.    We are reliant on a minimum number of participants therefore, to avoid spoiling this for other designers, after 14 days no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.  

 
**IMPORTANT**

DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS OR HOTELS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM JANE. 

 

This will be an extraordinary experience for you to gain valuable in-person experience of what is involved to participate in a London Fashion Week showcase, how to communicate with buyers and press and every little detail about planning a pre-launch runway.

This is the lowest cost easiest barrier of entry to gain valuable real life practise and experience of what is involved in promoting your brand to buyers and press.   It will  save you HUGE amounts of resources in the future when you decide to do it on your own because you will have the experience of doing it.

 

*Failure to make payments by the due dates will mean disqualification from the showcase and payments made are non-refundable.    In such a situation all payments made to date can however be made towards Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy's group coaching programme instead.

 

 *In the unlikely event that participation in the trade show has to be cancelled by us all money will be refunded in full.  You will then have the option to join any of FEA's other training programmes.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from this agreement.
