Physical soiree launch event, on the London Fashion Week official schedule:
Date: Tuesday 20th February 2024
Press & Buyer Presentation: 1pm to 3pm
ON SCHEDULE Soiree launch event: 6pm to 9pm
Place: Conduit Street near Yohji shop
Cancellations: No cancellations / refunds after 31st January as that is the date all assets go to press and your brand is in pre-promotion for the launch.
Promotion: Event training workshop with a physical launch event and your collection & brand story included in a digital magazine/showroom introducing your brand to hundreds of International buyers and press each month for 18 months.
What's included?
- Workshop/Design review: Live virtual workshop / design review tentatively on 8th February at 7pm (date & time tbc)
- Participation in THE SALON Press & Buyer Presentation THE SALON.
- Your collection of garments (up to 20 looks forming a strong narrative) presented on a garment rail at THE SALON 1pm to 3pm.
- Garment rails and hangers provided at THE SALON afternoon event.
- You can bring up to 6 models. If you would like to bring more models please email [email protected] to request (This will be considered at our discretion).
- JANE magazine, THE PARTY: launch event 6pm to 9pm .
- Your collection of garments featured as one of JANE magazine designers of the month at THE PARTY.
- Brand inclusion on digital invitations.
- Branding opportunity: Brochure included within information display and/or swag bag at both THE SALON and THE PARTY events.
- You provide us with your brochures, business cards and branding image (subject to approval).
- Inclusion in digital magazine directory/showroom for 18 months.
- Cocktail reception for guests.
- Invitations extended to your guests. Please email your request to [email protected] Guests will be added to the guest list at our discretion.
- Your press release included within our media outreach.
- Press outreach by our Public Relations team.
- Your collection look book and brand story will be included in a forthcoming digital magazine/showroom directory introducing your brand to hundreds of domestic and international buyers and press each month for 18 months
- Posters: You may bring any variation of poster sizes that equate to A0 size. (If you would like to bring more please email your request to [email protected]. This will be considered at our discretion).
What is not included:
- Branded images, brochure, poster printing, etc;
- Models
- Subsistence for yourself and models;
- Photography: we will provide a photographer to capture the moments of THE PARTY. Any photography will be an optional additional cost but, as always, we aim to keep expenses as low as possible.
Disclaimer:
- Refreshments for personal consumption only are allowed inside the venue.
- No smoking or food that causes strong and obnoxious aromas are allowed inside the venue.
- Variations to these terms and conditions, venue, times etc. can be made by us at any time but will not affect your overall experience.
