FASHION WEEK SHOWCASE EXPERIENCE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your place in the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom. This deposit will be credited toward your total investment of £1,500. Remaining payments must be made according to your selected payment plan, or in full no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Failure to complete payment by this date may result in your exclusion from the event. Tailored payment arrangements may be agreed in writing at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations
The £250 deposit is non-refundable, as work on the event, brand promotion, and pre-event materials will have already commenced.

After the deposit, refunds on any further payments are only available under exceptional circumstances, entirely at the discretion of Jane McMillan.

You may, at our discretion, apply your investment toward another Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy programme if you are unable to attend.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay via a balance payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed to maintain your participation. Non-payment of any installment may result in exclusion from the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom. Any amounts paid may, at our discretion, be credited toward any Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy programme.

Once the payment plan begins, payments are non-refundable. This ensures the exclusive benefits, training, PR, and exposure opportunities can be delivered effectively to all participants.

If you are unable to attend the event after completing payment, your investment may, at our discretion, be applied to another Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy programme.

Alternatively, at the sole discretion of Jane McMillan, participation and investment may be deferred to a future showcase event, subject to full payment of the agreed investment. No specific future showcase can be guaranteed.

Event Changes
Jane McMillan reserves the right to amend event details, scheduling, or format where necessary, provided such changes do not materially affect the overall experience.

Visitor Attendance Buyers, press, influencers and fashion enthusiasts are personally invited to attend the showcase. However, attendance by any specific individual or group cannot be guaranteed, as it remains at the discretion of each guest. Jane McMillan makes no warranty as to the number or profile of visitors attending on any given day.

Event & Garment Responsibility
While we will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and professional environment, designers are responsible for the security of their own garments, inventory, and personal property during the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom.  Designers are advised to arrange appropriate insurance for their garments, inventory and personal property for the duration of the event.

Commitment to Excellence
This policy ensures that we can deliver a premium, curated, and high-impact experience for every designer participating in the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom.

 Photography & filming

By attending the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom, designers and their guests consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes, including use across JANE.Magazine, Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy and associated social media channels.

Organiser Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Fashion Week Pop-Up Showroom is cancelled by the organiser, all payments made will be refunded in full within 30 days. In the event of postponement, designers will be offered a transfer to the new date or a full refund.

Force Majeure

Jane McMillan shall not be liable for cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic, fire, or venue failure. In such circumstances, Jane McMillan will endeavour to reschedule the event and transfer all payments to the new date. Where rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be issued to the extent that funds are recoverable after unavoidable third-party costs have been deducted.

Conduct

Jane McMillan reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any designer or guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, inappropriate or damaging to the reputation of the event, JANE.Magazine or Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

 Intellectual Property

Designers retain full ownership of their designs and brand materials. Jane McMillan claims no intellectual property rights over any collections presented at the event.
