The large fashion brands have dominated the market for far too long and I envisage a NEW FUTURE for Fashion Designers which is more of a LEVEL PLAYING FIELD less dominated by large corporations. It has actually NEVER (well possibly not for half a century!!) been easier to set up a fashion company due to the many platforms available to sell directly to the consumer. If anything, small companies UNIQUELY currently have an ADVANTAGE over large corporations.
The fashion industry as we knew it no longer exists and we’re heading into a NEW CREATIVE FUTURE for fashion. This is a reset moment. In 2021 we moved into a WHOLE NEW WORLD! This is the time to be BRAVE, to try what we’ve not yet rehearsed and to stretch our imagination. We can’t be an industry left behind when consumers and in fact the world are MOVING FORWARD.
