MANIFEST, INNOVATE AND LAUNCH AN ICONIC FASHION BRAND
So that You Can FINALLY Become The IN DEMAND FASHION CEO Of Your Business With Press and Clients Actually Calling YOU!!

All 3 areas, MANIFEST, INNOVATE & LAUNCH have to work synergistically for your fashion business to be successful and profitable.
Signpost 1 MANIFEST
consists of Four elements:

Prepping Your Creative Brain for success.

Getting clear on your end vision and niche alignment so that you can create a unique concept and strong brand identity your ideal customers will fall in love with.
- Choose the most suitable business model for you and set up the foundations of your business structure.

Set Impact & Revenue Goals and manifest them by implementing strategic processes.
This is probably the most powerful phase of your business because without these ingredients your business will have no foundations to build upon
Signpost 2 is INNOVATE
and this covers every piece of your designs, product development, patterns, fabrics and manufacturing. It consists of 4 elements:
- Research, idea development and designing unique products. Without creative energy or excitement in your products there's nothing to sell.
- Product development: Sampling, manufacturing and achieving the results you want at the price you need without wasting time and money on manufacturing nightmares!!... This includes sourcing the best fabrics, fitting and measuring customers, pattern making, etc. etc etc.
- Pricing to gain maximum profits with the least resources.
- Selling without actually “selling”.
When you complete these two signposts MANIFEST and INNOVATE you now have BRAND IDENTITY.
which means
- You have a clear business model & solid foundations to build upon,
- You understand your growing audience really deeply which makes it much easier to attract your ideal customer
- You have a unique, exciting, marketable product that your ideal customer will love.
BUT..... you have no strategy to sell to them so your ideal customer can't buy your products.... If no-one knows about your brand it's just a hobby and your business won't last more than a month or two.
That's why you need a third signpost:
The 3rd signpost is LAUNCH and consists of four elements:
- Do it yourself public relations to optimise strategic communication of your brand.
- Simple Marketing strategies to attract customers and generate profit from your ideal customers.
- Plan, build, execute and promote a successful launch event.
- Measure your success; implement strategies to improve performance & profits; build a top performing team who support your vision and prepare to scale.
If you have the LAUNCH and INNOVATE signposts but not MANIFEST...
then you have a unique product and can successfully launch and promote it but you dont have any business structure or clear identity so your customers are confused and don't buy. Your business only then lasts a few months !
When you have the MANIFEST and LAUNCH signposts you have STRUCTURE...
a clear business model, a growing audience and plenty of launch strategies but you don't know how to develop or manufacture unique "WOW FACTOR" products! so you dont get the sales you need and your business doesn't last more then a couple of seasons.
So you see how vital it is that all three signposts work synergistically together.
If one element is missing then everything comes tumbling down...

Before joining FEA Amy was selling facemasks to friends and family.
