Provide pre-event and day of event schedules.
The full amount must be settled no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to participation in the event. The cancellation period is 14 days after initial purchase. Defaulted payments will result in event participation being cancelled. Refunds more than 14 days after purchase are not permitted unless agreed in writing and at our discretion.
