Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations received after this period may, at our discretion, incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost, depending on pre-call research or preparation completed.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from this agreement.
