I want everyone who comes into JANE.Magazine's LONDON FASHION WEEK showcase to be happy with their investment therefore I offer a 14 day no questions asked guarantee. 

 Just email your refund  / cancellation request to [email protected] no later than 14 days (2 weeks) after purchase or 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event  whichever is soonest.

After that, except for exceptional  circumstances and entirely at our discretion, no refunds will be due because we will already have incurred  costs, put considerable work into your brand, assets will have gone to press and your brand is in pre-promotion.

You can however put that investment towards any Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy training programme.

Unless prior agreed by us and at our discretion payment must be made in full no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event.   Any outstanding payments 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event will result in your brands' exclusion from the event.
