RE-LAUNCH
AKA SCALE. This Phase gets really fun, because debriefing a successful launch feels really good and prevents post launch withdrawal! I’ll show you how to measure and improve your success. We'll cover scaling your business , building a harmonious team and putting automations in place to create a smoothly run machine!

Jane McMillan is the founder of Fashion Entrepreneurs Academy and lives in London. She was the former CEO of her own fashion business with celebrity clients including an HRH....yes for realzies! Her work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Marie Claire, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, WWD, etc. and shown on the official schedule at New York Fashion Week and London & Paris fashion weeks. For many years Jane was also a lecturer on the fashion course at the legendary St Martins College of Art & Design in London and has helped many of Londons' top designers with their collections.
